To begin importing with iLife Import:

1. Choose the products you want to import.
2. Provide your supplier details or have us find a verified Chinese supplier.
3. Share the supplier invoice, packing list & product photos—we'll quote your all-in cost.
4. We manage payments (RMB), shipping, customs, and delivery to our Bhiwandi warehouse.
5. From there, your goods can be shipped to any location on a to-pay basis.

Estimated total lead time: ~30 days from receipt in our China warehouse.

There’s no fixed MOQ, but to optimize shipping and cost-efficiency, we recommend a minimum of 3–4 cartons per shipment.

You’ve two payment options:

1. You can pay the supplier directly.
2. Or we can pay on your behalf in RMB. You just transfer equivalent INR based on our quoted exchange rate on the day of payment.

• Sea freight: 25–35 days from China warehouse to our Bhiwandi warehouse (including customs).
• Air freight: ~7–12 days, subject to availability and cost.

We maintain daily shipping schedules with multiple containers/LCL shipments dispatched every day to ensure timely delivery.

The cost of moving goods from Bhiwandi to your destination is arranged by you (‘to-pay’ transport). We only deliver up to Bhiwandi.
